Radebaugh Florist and Greenhouses is a full-service, family owned and operated flower, gift and garden center located in Towson, Maryland, locally serving the greater Baltimore area and through the Teleflora network, all of Maryland, the United States and Worldwide. With three generations of the Radebaugh family active in our daily operations, the family's work ethics and values are maintained and our stability and integrity continues to grow.

Back in 1924, George W. Radebaugh established Radebaugh's Florist & Greenhouses at its present location in Towson, Maryland just north of Baltimore. The initial purchase of fifty "cold sash" provided the means to produce the first crop of garden plants and in 1928, the first two greenhouses were constructed for growing cut flowers and plants.

The flower shop was built in Towson in 1940 and served as not only a retail florist store, but also as a home for the Radebaugh family until 1973. The florist product line was expanded in the seventies, to include not only fresh flowers, but also silk flowers, green plants, blooming plants, giftware and fruit baskets.

A 48,000 square foot greenhouse was constructed on a farm in northern Baltimore county in 1985. This facility allowed us to satisfy the demand for potted green and flowering plants for our own retail greenhouse as well as our wholesale customers throughout Towson, Baltimore and beyond.

Radebaugh Florist and Greenhouses continued to have a growing number of flower, plant and gift deliveries throughout the greater Baltimore metro area and in 1988, a 10,000 square foot flower design center was built and continues to house a flower design area, delivery facilities and plenty of refrigeration space for flowers for our daily and holiday season demand.

Since its founding, Radebaugh's growth is due to the continued efforts of our loyal employees. Plant specialists, floral designers, flower processors, delivery drivers and many more all work together to provide not only quality plants, flowers and gifts but also excellent customer service. We are fortunate to have employees willing to work long hours, sacrifice time away from their families at holidays and possess the same ideals as our family. • Silk Arrangements - Radebaugh's Florist and Greenhouses employs very talented flower designers who specialize in silk flower arranging. Come in to select a beautiful silk flower arrangement from our florist shop or have our flower designers create something unique for your home or office.
  
• Cut Flowers - Our customers are always welcome to walk through our refrigerators to select their own fresh cut flowers. It's an excellent way to be creative and express your own style. Take your flowers home to arrange in your own vase, or have our flower designers do it for you! Our minimum purchase for delivery is $18.50.

Due to upward spiraling fuel costs, we would like to do our part to conserve fuel and maintain our current charge as long as possible. Effective Monday, June 16, 2008, we will be servicing our entire local delivery area with an afternoon delivery at our basic delivery charge of $11.95. Upon request, we will service morning deliveries to our local area at a delivery charge commensurate to the destination's distance from our shop. Orders received by 11 a.m. can be delivered the same day

• A $11.95 delivery charge will be added to each order, for each address.
• For orders outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.
• Orders for delivery within the U.S. must be placed by 11:00am in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery.
• Orders received after 11:00am in the recipient's time zone will be delivered on the following day.
• We are able to make deliveries Monday through Saturday.
• Sunday delivery is offered to over 80 local funeral homes in our delivery area.
• Orders for Sunday morning funeral home delivery must be placed before 4:00pm EST on Saturday.
• Orders placed after 4:00pm EST on Saturday, requesting delivery for Sunday will be delivered on the following business day.
• We will do our absolute best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but unfortunately we can not be guaranteed every request.
• Deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries may require additional delivery information.
• We are unable to accept international orders over the internet due to varying international market prices.
• We will be happy to accept your international flower orders if you call our shop directly at (800) 584-5300.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
