Dear Valued Customers,
During this past spring season, we made a decision
to replace our very outdated telephone system and equipment. The extent
of this transition has been challenging and continues to evolve. Our
goal is to have all the “kinks” worked out well before the upcoming
holiday season. We want to express our appreciation for your patience
and apologies to anyone who may have been the victim of our learning
curve.
One of the many inherent benefits of the telephone
system is its ability to answer and route calls in a very efficient
manner. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, there are times
when our call volume is very high and in the past customers have
expressed frustration when receiving busy signals or no answers on
occasion. One of our goals with the implementation of the phone system
is to drastically reduce these problems.
Beginning today, we will be introducing the
Auto-Attendant feature of our telephone system. Your calls will be
promptly answered by the Auto-Attendant and you will be given a menu of
just five options to choose from for placement of your call, with option
five being a connection to our operator, if so desired. We are well
aware of the stigma attached to this type of approach. We labored over
making this decision and have made every effort to make this a positive
for the customer. Our goal with any of our decisions has always been to
maintain or exceed the level of customer satisfaction you experience
with us.

welcome all constructive feedback on your experience. In gratitude for
your patience and understanding during this transition, we are offering
